Refund & Cancellation Policy

At PebbleZ, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to cancel, return, or replace an item, please check the details below.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, or anytime before dispatch by emailing us at info@shopebblez.com with your order ID.
  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Replacements

  • Items can be returned or replaced if they are unused, in original packaging (with tags/box), and requested within 7 days of purchase.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID, description, and photos of the issue.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for defective/damaged claims.
  • Replacements are for the same product (subject to availability). If not available, you may choose a full refund or another product of equal value.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling or misuse are not eligible for replacement.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, unless the item is defective/damaged.
  • Products returned without original packaging or after 7 days.
  • Non-returnable items: teethers, baby bottles, water sippers, rattle toys, slime, customized/personalized items, consumables once used/installed, fragile items, or hygiene-related products.
  • Items with missing/tampered serial numbers or missing accessories/tags.

Refund Process

  • Items will be picked up by PebbleZ courier partners within 24–48 hours after your return request is accepted.
  • Refunds are processed after the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks. Please allow 7–10 working days for completion.
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
  • If you refuse delivery or an order fails due to customer negligence, a 20% restocking fee + shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for purchase. In rare cases, we may request bank details—please ensure they are correct.

Important Notes

  • Free shipping does not mean shipping costs are zero. If an order is refused, actual courier charges will be deducted from the refund.
  • We reserve the right to decline refunds or replacements if the above conditions are not met.
